They can send it to you as a gift.

For someone to send you money, they need your paypal e-mail and then they go on their paypal account and send it to you from there. You should receive a e-mail about the money that came in. Now from your paypal account you can leave the money there and buy something with it or send it back to a bank account of yours.

All Paypal accounts are automatically setup to send and receive money without having to do something.
When someone logs into Paypal, there's a section at the top of the screen that says "send money"
They need your e-mail address. Once they have they, they follow the on screen prompts and fillin things like how much to send you, what kind of payment, what it should say in the e-mail. When they're all done, they just hit send!
Its free to send, but it costs to receive depending on the type of transacation. (purchases are charged at 2.9% + 0.30$ per transaction to receive, gift and personal payments are free, if you are getting something from outside of the country, they charge an additional 1%).
There are certain limitations. For example, if you don't have a credit card on file, you may only be allowed to receive up to 500$ USD per month.
If you have any specific questions or need help with something, drop me a line.
