    Matt Barnes has agreed in principle on a two-year, $3.6 million deal with the Lakers, league sources tell Y! He's expected to sign tonight.

    Veteran swingman Matt Barnes, one of the most coveted free agents left on the open market, is headed to the Los Angeles Lakers.

    The seven-year veteran announced the move via his Twitter feed on Thursday, and the Lakers confirmed the deal.

    Yahoo! Sports is reporting that Barnes agreed to a two-year contract worth $3.6 million.

    Thats looks awesome... Heat might have Wade,Lebron,Bosh.. But we really even it out.. Then are bench is 3 times as better as there bench.. Im not worried at all.. Plus we got the best coach of all time.. Should be a good 7 games in the finals if the heat make it...

    I still can't believe that Mitch was able to sign both Steve Blake and Matt Barnes for the MLE. He did great the off-season, both with the rookies and free-agents.
