    tampered mail question

    So i got a package in the mail today and the problem is all i got was the bubble mailer,lol, nothing inside. Either the flap came unglued and the cards fell out or someone opened it and took the cards out. what happens now? do i still have to send my card? not sure what the rules are. thanks

    Talk to the other trader to see if you guys can come up with some amicable solution,if not and you feel you were scammed put the trade in dispute and a moderator will be more than glad to help you,take care Steve

    Did it look like it was opened? Sometimes people can make a silly mistake such as forgetting to put the card in the mailer.
