Planning on sending to him TTM and was wondering if there is any special method that will lower the chances if getting rtsed and up the chances of getting my card signed?

Cash, writing "Donation Enclosed" on the envelope, and putting his address in the return address slot.
Even then you might be out of luck.

I got him recently and it took only about a week. Signed a 8X10 with 5 dollar donation. I did not put donation enclosed on the envelope.

I'd be careful if I were you guys about writing Donation or Fee Enclosed on the envelopes. I wrote to Pete Rose with that on my envelope and I got a letter back from Mr. Rose's agent explaining that someone ripped open my envelope and took out my money ($10 cash).

Yeah that's why I was asking if it was absolutely necessary but then I saw someone had success without writing it.
