I think I'll stick to North American brands that are available worldwide, haha.

While I agree it is cool with the design, I am not willing to pay over $10 for a custom that isn't a real card.

It's not a custom. It's a real RUSSIAN card.

Can you provide us any sort of online documentation to support that statement? This has turned into quite a debate..

I have an Ovechkin card from the same set, nice looking card actually, any russian issued cards for the most part are a bit thinner than what we are use to. I wouldn't think twice about buying it (of course I've got my Ovechkin), up to you though not make or break for the PC though as most don't count russian issued cards.

That's not really the sort of documentation I was looking for -- I'm after more of a manufacturers page on the set.. or some sort of article from a trusted source. Don't get me wrong here -- I've mentioned earlier in this thread that I don't think it's a custom card.. as why would anyone in their right mind make a custom card of Tyler Moss? lol But just something to give our members some more details on the set would be appreciated..

If I was still collecting Hjalmarsson I would buy it. I think it would be a cool card to add to the PC.

If the manufacturer has a site, it may not show up in English search engine because I would bet the site is written in Russian. It's seem to be a set produce over many years according to item sold on eBay. I bought 2 Ken Dryden cards from a Swedish set produce in the 70's. I put those in the odd-ball category and I do collect them if the price fit me when I see some. Like Ken Dryden does not have much cards but these are great to have in a PC since he does have so few cards.
To me they seem like a legit hockey set but Beckett does not list them. Note that the card are not in English either. Beckett do not list all sets produce world wide and this is probably one of them. Would make sense since they now have the KHL to make cards for that leagues. They had talk that failed with UD so my guess is they turned to a company in Russia and made them with no permission from the NHL to use logos and team names. Just guessing on that set.
