Hey guys, can anyone shed some light on this?

I have a 2000 Black Diamond card with Cal Ripken Jr. on the front, but the back is card #22 with picture/stats/bio of Greg Vaughn.

I have been searching for some kind of article or evidence that anyone else has this card, but can't find anything.

Does anyone else have it or is anyone else familiar?
