    Good Sites to Buy Cards?

Where are some good sites to buy some cards? I am most intersted in inserts/serial/parallels but also feel free to also offer good sites for AU and GU as well. As many probably know I'm always looking to add to my Jiovanni Mier and Rich Harden PCs.

Here is all I really know of:

    1. Ebay: Which we all know and love

    2. Beckett: Decent selection of inserts/parallels/etc. but some overpriced IMO

    3. Checkoutmycards: Pretty decent selection, fantastic prices for the most part IMO

    Others Suggestions and/or discouragements:

    4. Baseballcardzone: Small, weak selection, decent prices, a good place to start for want to be Player collectors

    5. Sportsbuy.com (aka Naxcom): Slow payments/delivery

    6. HERE ON SCF: Pretty self explanatory, Huge forum, much to chose from, negotiable prices

    7. Sportslots.com: Some buyers/sellers don't keep up with payments/sales/shipments, somewhat low base prices

Let me know some others and I'll try to keep this list updated.

    See anewday1101's Items on eBay

Sportsbuy.com(Or Naxcom) Is horrible, sell your cards get the money a month later, Maybe if your lucky, be VERY Wary of them......

Try The buy/Sell section here, I've gotten more "deals" for Ind Cards on this board than any other site......

Checkoutmycards, and no other. Sites like SCF and others are starting to be invaded in large numbers by lowballers/highrollers, it pretty much killed buying and selling for me here.

Yeah I've used sportslots, same deal with holding $ and if the buyer doesn't keep up with his/her account you have to call to get it cleared, That said the sales I had done there for larger profits, than ebay for sure...

@gilbert You're right, but stick with the ones you know, the good ones who have been here for a long time and i still find buying better on here(I would be glad to give referrels)....That said, I do see your point with the recent Highend/lowballers though, but that's why they don't have many trades/Feedback and are also the ones talking about how frustrated they are cause no one will trade with them......

Oh definitely, I know what you mean, i've been able to squeak out a couple purchases on here and similar sites when dealing with familiar people. It's kinda sad that I have to trade and deal with the same people just because I know I can only trust them, I really want to expand my trading circle. I'd love some referrals to any good traders you deal with.

Although I am pretty new here I think I realize what you are saying about the large number of people not doing any trading. I find that this site has much more traffic than some others such as The Bench which I also use, but I think I have a lot more PMs that I have sent that I have yet to get a response to here.

I know what you mean man, some people on here are rude. Just keep trying, you'll find a good trader eventually.

I have definitely found a few here already. I have on the Bench as well on there in my year or so there too. It seems that its always the same people who are the ones willing to pull and check cards
