2010 A&G Rack Pack Break + Question

Stopped by Meijer to pick up some milk and saw one lonely rack pack of 2010 Allen and Ginter so decided to pick it up. Here's what I got:

If you notice this is only 11 cards whereas the pack is supposed to carry 12 or 11 if you get a framed insert. I did get the promo card for "Cracking the code" but surely that wouldn't count would it? Either way I didn't receive a single mini which is grounds to complain enough as it is. I have had this problem before last year with A&G and they sent me replacement packs the very next day. So LMK if the code card actually counts as a card or if you guys need anything from the break. I'll be contacting Topps and asking for at least a mini replacemnt (Hey those Stephen Strasburg's aren't shortprinted or anything, why not one of those right?? ).

the crack the code card counted as a card in one of my packs. I just think that's how it is unless we both got shorted.. I didn't think it was like that but just ignoered it, but seeing as it happened to both of us I imagine it counts toward the 12

I'll call and let you know because either way I think I was shorted a mini. Topps has been pretty good about their custom service at least to me. I think I've had to call maybe 5 times about various things and they sent me replacements/fixed the problem 4 out of the 5 times. The only one where they didn't was when I received three packs of Topps and every single one had the exact same cards in the exact same order (They said it was "random" insertion)

Yea that's happened to me. I bought 2 racks of 2010 Topps and they both had the exact same cards haha

and yes I got a mini in tht pack
