Organization
I have about a total of 15,000 base cards and I was wondering how you guys sort them.

well I have about 500 football and 300 basketball and the rest is baseball. I though about using a binder for the football and basketball but whenever I get new cards I have to take it out and put it back again.

I've got about 20K base sorted by year, then brand, and in numerical order stored in card houses. If you don't know what card houses are check out the storage boxes at BCW Supplies. I wouldn't use binders, they would take up too much space and be a pain to update whenever you got new cards.

If you use binders, leave open slots for new cards. That's what I do with my Playoff Contenders base. If I have cards 1,2, and 3 and then 5, I leave an empty slot between 3 and 5 for when I get 4.
