Ahh, that's awesome! Hopefully he can recover from his injuries this year and stick around in Cleveland...would hate to see him go.

Closed out the weekdays with another success....

Not only did he send back a sweet custom index card, but he also sent me a nice note on his own stationary answering the questions I asked in my letter and the things I had talked about. An awesome return, not just for my Heisman Collection, but its just all-around cool!

No TTM successes today, but I did spend an afternoon getting a few IP autos. I didn't have anything to do today, so I checked Signings Hotline and saw (now) former Ohio State Basketball players Jon Diebler and Dallas Lauderdale were doing a signing not far from me.
Being woefully unprepared for this signing, I had to buy an 8x10 of each at the store. They had sweet photos of them cutting down the net after the Big Ten Championship Game, so I got one of each. Both were signed in silver, and they look great! I also got a picture with them...
All-in-all, it was definitely worth my time! Diebler is a local kid, so I'm even happier to add him to my collection. I'll try to get pics up of the photos here this weekend...

Glad to get Miller back, but even happier to get Lofton back! Added his Hall of Fame year and 2011 to my card...sent $5 along with it which is definitely worth it to me. Good day!

Its cool you got to meet Diebs and Dallas Lauderdale. I got Diebs TTM last spring. I had the pleasure of meeting Cam Heyward yesterday.

Thanks! I'm glad I'm finally being un-cheap enough to send to a few guys (like Lofton) that require fees. I like how he puts the year that he signed it on there too...
Yeah, its always a cool experience to meet former Buckeyes. Diebler is a great guy. Since he's a pretty local kid, he even recognized my track bag (with my high school on it) and talked to me for a few minutes about some mutual friends...hope he at least gets a chance in the NBA!
I hope to make it to a Heyward signing sometime, but that doesn't seem likely at the moment. I'm planning on going to a Sanzenbacher signing this coming weekend; would love to have him sign the program that I already have Brandon Saine on...Last edited by lambeauleap87; 04-04-2011 at 08:11 PM.

No new autographs today, but today is the one year mark of when I got back into TTM and really started hitting it hard...I've had more successes than I ever thought I would, and I'm looking foward to another great year!

Both were personalized, and look awesome...I'd been hesitant to send to Rambis since his job with the Timberwolves was uncertain, but I took a shot and it looks great!
