    And I agree with that also.

    Once i had a $50 card sent in a PWE, and it got ripped by the Post Office and the PWE was delivered to me with the end missing and empty, and I had to file a Paypal claim, but I got my money back.

    PWE's are a disaster waiting to happen.

    think of it just like as on here, you would expect the decency of the person sending you the card to send it well protected
