    I went to CT to visit my dad, and we went to a LCS there, and he had 1 box of Donruss Prime cuts, and he was saving it for another customer, i asked if we could buy it, so he called his other store, and they had more so he gave it to us. Of course my dad paid for it so the card went to him, but i opened it. I believe I said HOLY SH*&, but sitting on top uncirculated was the..........

    TY COBB 1/1 CUT AUTO!!!
    beautiful green ink auto signed tyrus cobb, my dad decided to sell it, and got $3k i believe, he gave me $425 to buy a box of 09 NT, so i was happy:)

    i sold it the day i pulled it but i bought a box of 2001 upper deck yankees memorbilia and in the second to the last pack i got these two
    triple auto joe torre,paul oniel and david cone
    and then this baby was right behind it
    cut combo bat auto joe dimaggio #D 5/5 his jersey #
    i was speechless

    Perfect thread because I was going to post this up and ask if anyone in the forum has seen this beauty before. Back in 2003 I purchased a box of those 'mixed' cards that Walmart, Kmart and Target used to carry. The reason I purchased those boxes is because they actually have good hits plus one pack was a 2001 Donruss Studio. I opened the pack and this beauty was in the middle of the pack:

    2001 Donruss Cut Collection Albert Pujols 28/75

    Look at that patch!!!

    My other good break was a 2003 SPX delmon young auto GU card (BV $500)

    Pulled a #/5 rip card last month sold for $500 but my favorite pull was a tim lincecum auto refractor! First box I ever bought of 2008 bowman draft.
