Have had 3 nice pulls - two from Baseball and one from Football:

In 2001 I bought 3 packs from an open box of Donruss Elite and pulled a Passing the Torch dual Auto redemption of Nolan Ryan/Roger Clemens (think it booked $800 at the time). Sad thing was I sent in the redemption and a little over a year later they STILL didn't have the card so I contacted Donruss and exchanged it for other items (was afraid it was never going to be made and had dropped to $600 in value). Another year later the card was finally on the market. Did get some nice stuff in return though.

In 2003 I was at the East Coast National in New Jersey and bought a couple of packs of Prime Cuts Baseball. One of them I pulled a World Series Game Used Ball card of Babe Ruth #'d to 25 made (sold for around $800).

In 2003 I was into Ultimate Collection Football. In a box I bought off eBay I pulled a dual Autographed/Jersey card of Donovan McNabb/John Elway #07/10 made (Elway's Jersey #). Put it on eBay w/a Buy It Now of $900 and was sold in less than one day (guess maybe I under-valued it a bit!)

Don't have any of those anymore but here's the nicest one I still have:

Pulled from ONE pack I bought from an open box. Being a Yankees' fan I still love it.

I bought a single pack of 2008 UD Baseball Heroes at a card shop a while back, and pulled this:

It's numbered 11/15 and it's a pretty sweet card in person

I hardly ever open up product anymore so my best pull is from 1999, haha, when I was 15 years old. I pulled a Mickey Mantle 500 HR Club Memorabilia Bat card out of a pack. At the time, it booked $1,500. Given that was during the infancy of my online trading, I ended up swapping it for $1,500 worth of serial #'d inserts to someone who clearly knew better....hahaha.

Sure was! That was when serial #'d inserts were the craze! Plus, I was a highly motivated Manny Ramirez collector at the time. That trade gave me tons of tradebait to build on my collection. So I guess it served it's purpose for me at the time.

The Mantle books $600 now, so it didn't exactly hold it's value anyways.

Although I don't collect newer products anymore my best pulls are:
Baseball: Derek Jeter 09 Sweet Spot Auto..kinda wish I would have kept it
Basketball: 09-10 NT Kobe Nicknames Redemption Sold for $540.
That will be the last box of newer product I buy...I figure I should quit on something that amazing!
