It's gone because UD isn't allowed to make as many sets as they did last year, not because nobody wanted it to come back.
If nothing else, Score stepping in to take its place is an upgrade, imo.

When MVP bites the dust, that will only leave Victory and Ultra. If MVP goes, I don't see Victory lasting long either. Unfortunate, really.
MVP has really become a collectible set for many.
