outstanding redemption
so i pulled a redemption from last years sp authentic for a shultz clarke hextall triple auto and redeemed it last june and it still says athletes commited to signing soon should i phone ud and ask for a a replacement or how much longer should i wait for it? thx for any info and advice

I've been successful emailing them regarding redemption replacements. At least you will be able to tell them you want some Red Wings stuff

I really hope you have better lucky then me
I have had a card that I redeemed back in 11/13/2009. It isn't a high end card. BENOIT POULIOT 06/07 NHL FLEER HOT PROSPECTS AUTO PROSPECT PATCH /599.
The card wasn't made or something. I called the same day I entered it to ask for a replacement.
I was told I would get something in 6 weeks. I waited 2 months and called in, they said it was in progress of being sent out. 3 Months after that call I call again. I am now told that they do replacements by sports now they are into football. (ie) they will do hockey for so long then do football etc on a cycle.
So i wait another 3 months (8 in total now) I email UD. I get an auto reply. Stating to send an email to one of these 4 emails. So i wasted my time sending an email to the email addy posted on the site. just to send another. So I send it to the time 2 swap email hoping i get a response. I do. I is another automated message says that my request has be "processed". I tought it was processed 8 moths ago.
So i guess i will get my card sometime between now and the end of the world.

i waited a year to ask for a replacement and it took them months to send me a replacement that was worth half what i paid for the redemption.....im still not satisfied and of coarse i get the better luck next time attitude from customer service......im currently boycotting UD wax!!!!...and like the other member said hopefully you have better luck than i have with them and you get something nice because odds are that your card isnt being made

For anyone who is contemplating seeking a replacement on a redemption, do not email UD!!
If you take the time to call them, you get confirmation from an actual person on the other end stating that they have updated the system with the request. Something actually happens if you show a little initiative. I would never email UD and expect prompt service. It's never worked that way with them. Call! Call! Call!
Glad to hear they finally acknowledged you. I think it's a safe bet you will get your Wings at the very least.

I e-mailed them recently about a redemption replacement and was given a prompt response.
It all depends on who you get in touch with, and what kind of day they're having. Or something like that.
