Misleading auction?

This auction claims that Evander Kane's Victory Black is /5. Am I missing something? I thought these were much more common this year than in many past years....and they're not even numbered, are they?

Ever since 05-06 did it with numbering, sellers have been running with the /5 meme, despite the fact that it has been demonstrably false every year thereafter.

Seller knows that for sure. There's more and more sellers who overstated their cards. Check how many regular jersey cards there is and seller says 'patch'. And when you contact to the seller, you are rude.

It's lyeing. I'd like so much their asses..
