    New Victory Parallel - Red

I'd seen a couple of listings that were claiming to be Red parallels for this year's Victory. At first I was skeptical, but then I saw a post confirming that it's some kind of Wal-Mart/rack pack exclusive, and then I just saw it on Beckett. So that's fun. The number of parallels in the hobby just keeps on growing...

Where are they on the list? They more rare than Black or Gold?

it appears they are 2 for every rack pack so Id say they are even more common then gold parallels

I would think it'd go; base, red, gold, black. Although, rack packs are too popular IMO compared to just normal packs so they may seem harder to find. Not a lot of people open rack packs just to throw what they have on ebay. I opened a few, I think it's neat.
