Van Halen Cover Band Friday.
Im going to see "1984" This Friday in downtown orlando. Van Halen is my second favoite band (behind only Led Zeppelin), So I just thought I would start a thread on cover bands...
Who have you seen?
Who did they Cover? (For those of us that cant tell by the name LOL)
How would you rank the performance?

1964 (Beatles Tribute Band) - FREAKIN' AWESOME!

Funny you bring up KISS, at the moment Im trying to get their "Dr. Love" song out of my head.

I've seen Zoso...killer Led Zep cover band. They come to the local music bar about twice a year. The lead singer even looks and dances around like Robert Plant. Not a huge cover band fan, but that's the closest I'll get to seeing my all-time favorite band live.
And I saw Member's Only a few times back in college...not sure if they're local to Atl, but that's where I saw them...a fun punk version 80s cover band.

I saw a Motley Crue tribute band a long time ago, the guy sounded just like Vince Neil. I also saw this Van Halen tribute band years ago, called Atomic Punk, they were really good aswell.
