    Question

    My feedback was transferred from The Bench, but when I click on confirmed trades, Trade Manager still says that I'm a new trader and must send first. Is there a reason why this is happening or can the problem be fixed? Thanks in advance for your help.

    existing trades will show the status as of when the trade was confirmed. New trades will not show you as a msf.
