Shaq decides to join the Boston Celtics!
Shaq has now officially decided to join the Boston Celtics, which furthermore proves that Boston is the place to go for players that should be retired lol. I will say that they have all kinds of talented big men, even with Rasheed retiring. Imagine if KG, JO, and Shaq all were in their prime right now

How much are they paying him? Hopefully not a lot. If he contributes with 10 pts. and 7 boards a game I'll be happy.

I think he's getting the Veterans Min. Which is I think 1.45 mil. But I'm not positive.

I like it if Mike Brown would have used him in the playoffs esp. when he was hot there might have been a differnt outcome. I say give him limited minutes all year long and then more come playoffs and he still has plenty in the tank. Look at Rasheed he did nothing all year but was able to turn it up in the playoffs for the Celts and he's not half the player Shaq is even now......I'm not talking just size. I'd rather see them add players that can play and cause match up problems then stiffs that just sit on the bench and might get 2pts a game. If they still have some thing in the tank I say great addition.

Shaq is going to regret this decision years from now, once he realizes he will NEVER have his jersey retired next to all the other Lakers greats like Magic, Kareem, etc. players he has always admired. He has officially ruined his Lakers legacy.
On the flip side, the Big Cancer is only going to drive the Celtics further into the ground.
