Old school: 1997 Wheels Hobby Box

Always wanted to break a box of 1997 Wheels basketball, after several years of looking, I found one on ebay recently.

I was hoping for some Ron Mercer cards (needed 4 to have all from this product), here is what I got:

Baseset 45 Karten Rookie Thunder (1x complete):

    1-33 Draft Picks

    34-39 Take Two Subset

    40-44 Young Guns Subset

Parallel Set 45 Karten Rising Storm (Odds 1:1, have 32/45):

    1-33 Draft Picks

    34-39 Take Two Subset

    40-44 Young Guns Subset

    Inserts

Shooting Stars (Odds 1:11, have 3/10)

Thunder Boomers (Odds 1:28, have 1/10, plastic card)

Thunder Stroke AUs (Odds 1:32, have 1/14)

Double Trouble (Odds 1:42, Have 1/6, "embossed")

Thunder Lights Out (Odds 1:96 none, "Glow-in-the-Dark-Cards")

Thunder Ball (Odds 1:288 none, Game Used Ball Cards)

Fun product to break in case you don´t expect high end cards (ok, the Duncan AU "jackpot" has a BV of 120$), unfortunatly still missing 2 Mercer cards, the autograph and the game ball card. I hope I will someday find it on ebay or on a sports trading card forum

Never heard of it either, but they look like some cool cards and a fun break!
