Can you verify certified pack pulls by COA #?

I know, for example, you can verify Upper Deck Authenticated memorabilia by entering the COA # (found on the hologram sticker) into their on-line database.

Can you do the same thing for pack pulled cards? Like if you see a card on ebay with a hologram sticker on it, can you verify that sticker # somewhere? Some of those supposed "buy backs" on ebay look like fakes with a "stolen" sticker put on them.

I wondered this is well. The answer I came up with is no, they don't database them. There's no way to verify from the sticker on the back of the card.

Yeah, I did a lot of surfing on the net & I'm thinking it's a "no" also. Seems like it would be an easy thing for them to do.
