I'd guess sticker...
Doubt they had all 4 of those guys in the same room at once but you never know.

Even the All Decade Signatures cards with only one player are stickers.

I actually think this will be on-card. All stickers auto are pulled from pack. Redemption usually is waiting for the player(s) to sign the card. Someone has Kobe and Gasol auto from Panini redemption. Both auto are on-card.

On-card, if it was sticker why would it be in redemption form? It would already be in the pack.

You would be surprised. Of course, NT is a much nicer set so hopefully that will be an on card auto card but I had a redemption for a wayne ellington auto from studio and it was sticker when i recieved it.
