My First Ebay Rant
So today i won a don mattingly topps rookie for 6.50!!! i was stoked and guy sends me a msg saying he got a second chance of 17.50 for the card. i told him i was standing by my winning bid and he refused to sell the card for my winning bid! can he do that?

ummm NO! he cant do that.
the card sold for 6.50 and you clearly won it! and are planning on paying. atleast i dont think he can do that.

He can't just say I don't wanna sell it and say that he got more for it. I would definitely get in touch with him and be ready to leave negative feedback.

Leave him a negative and go buy another one at a cheaper price. Plenty on the bay for less than what you would of paid.

yeah. 6.50 seems high for that mattingly. leave a negative saying he wouldn't sell you the card at the auction price.
he technically can't do it, but there really isn't anything to stop him from not selling you the card, but a negative is a must. I hate people that do it as they shouldn't auction something they don't to risk going for less than they'd like.

Defininitely leave a negative feedback, I dislike sellers like that. If you want something to go higher, then just set a reserve.
