Just wanted to get some feedback on the SCF Info 2 Know page. The information there is intended to help SCF newbies learn how to post and trade like a veteran. It has a list of important SCF links and a section on SCF Tips & Tricks. Take a look at it if you haven't seen it before. Let us know how useful you think it is and how we can improve it. Glad someone took the time...was always a proponent for a 1-stop F.A.Q/ information center.
I'd say it's a long over-due page, very good, should be included as a must read with the site rules..For newbies, and vets!! I'm sure that post will help many members get aqainted not only with SCF, but online etiquette & trading in general..awesome!!!!!

Thanks for the great compliments. Your suggestion inspired it. I think members may find that their trades will improve if they put some of the Tips & Tricks to use.

its awesome but i promise not more than 30% of people that sign up will look at it... just like all the questions about NPN's, Cardcash etc... maybe make it so the first page you visit after sign up is that page.. if there is a way

You're probably right, but I wasn't expecting every single newbie to read the "Info 2 Know" anyway--what members choose to read is beyond my control, lol. But I can encourage members to read it. Seems to me that those who do read it do get something good out of it. Maybe its just me but I think there has been a slight decrease in threads started in the wrong forums. And if it helps avoid a couple of negative situations every month, then it will be doing its job.

I know what you mean. Our membership is increasing all the time. With the Info 2 Know page and the SCF Road Map Guide, people new to our site can quickly get comfortable with the layout and etiquette.
