Well I received a package from Sea Otter Place today and was truly disappointed. I sent them a damaged TJ Oshie Rookie Playmakers Jersey /100 and an expired redemption. Did not hear back from them for a year and they said they didn't have but would send me something to make up for it. I told them I collect Mike Richards and Flyers.

I received two top loaders, one normal and one thick one used for patches.

Thin top loader: Zherdev SOTT 07/08 - I guess he's a Flyer, hopefully he plays with some heart

Thick one: No patch. 09/10 UD GU Brad Richards and Jacub Vorachek

I'm not the first to say this, but their customer service is sub-par to say the least.
