    Autograph fading question?

Hey so I'm planning to display one of my Kobe autos in my room, and I'm just wondering if an autograph fades next to an artificial light source (light bulb), or only next to direct sunlight, or both?

The card pretty far away from sunlight, but it's pretty close to a light bulb, and I just want to make sure it doesn't fade later on. Any help will be appreciated!

EDIT: I've decided to add pictures of what I'm talking about, let me know if I'm crazy or not lol

I figure, since it's a double, why not display it!

Here's a close up look of the case I have it in.

An autograph fades in direct sunlight 100x faster than artificial light. Regardless, I wouldn't keep my cards in any type of light.

Yeah, I usually have all my autos in a air tight safe box, but since I have a double of this card, I figure why not display.

I'm going to take a picture of were I have it displayed, and you guys let me know whether it's a good idea or not.

    And thanks for the advise!

I have been wondering about fading also. Any hints on how to preserve them in addition to the light.

I'm sure it will fade over time. I keep all of my cards in shoe boxes or in drawers of my desk in an attempt to sure the autos and pictures don't fade. It would look sweet to display that auto though, but I personally wouldn't do it.

Ive always wanted to do something like that with a nice Hi-End RC AUTO, but have always been afraid of not only light but somehow it accidentally gets knocked over or something like that.

    I like having photobucket slideshows!

I think if you use a UV protected one touch, they will be fine in a room lighted by artificial light.
