    big ben is too expensive!!

I am a huge steeler fan. I would like to start collecting roethlisberger cards but they are just too much right now. I've got some of his cards but they cost too much for me to get a lot of them. Is there anyone out there with this problem and if so, what are you doing? I wish I would have bought his cards at the begginning of the year when they were cheap.

Wait about 6 months. If he doesnt have a season this year like he did last year, his cards will start to go down in value. I predicting it will happen to Eli Manning too.

I'm a Cowboys and Longhorns fan so I'm trying to collect Julius Jones and Roy Williams. Cards are really at about their peak right now. As djpreemo said, wait until next year. Their rookies may go down plus there will be plenty of 05 cards to get. :)

I agree about Big Ben, but Eli had a horrible year, and his cards stayed the same as when they first came out. IF he has a bad year, I agree that value will drop(he will probably then be the next Ryan Leaf). If he has a good to exceptional year(as I hope he does), I think his cards will hit highs Big Bens have only dreamed about. He is a Manning, and that counts for something. I wish they made, and I had, a Peyton Manning Fleer Hot Prospects Auto/4 Color Jsy. BV $2000 or so. Im just dreamin away though.
