    Question about a damaged card...

I recently purchased a 2004 Fleer Platinum David Carr Patch card #/25. The card has two big creases on either side of the patch. I was wondering what Fleer's policy is for replacing cards like this. Has anyone dealt with them before? If I do send it back, how do I go about that? Any input on the subject is appreciated.

I am pretty sure that they will replace the card for you if they can. I would contact them by phone first and ask them how they want the exchange done.

did you pull that card from a pack or did you just buy the card? Can't see why Fleer would replace a card that they didn't damage. If you pulled it that way than yea, they should replace it.

I had the same problem. I purchased a pack of 2003/2004 fleer basketball cards yesterday-and got a Lebron rookie card-except that it has flaws. I called Fleer earlier today-they told me that since it is last years card they cant promise me anything-but said I could mail it to them and they might replace it with a card of like value. They said it could take up to 8 weeks before I get a response from them.
