Insycable Fiber- Could this be true?
Today I was searching around the internet for interesting new discoveries and I came across a blog post created today, actually. It is about a type of fiber found in nuts which promotes drastic weight loss. It seems unreal, but it is amazing what scientests can extract from things these days. Do you think this really exists?
Here is a link to the article: http://insycablefiber.blogspot.com/2...ble-fiber.html

Hmm interesting, but hopefully people do not read that blog and start eating a bunch of almonds daily. Because almonds also have trace amounts of Arsenic, which is not good for your body as a professor of mine found it when he went to the doctor.

Almonds have only a trace amount of arsenic. You'd literally have to eat hundreds and hundreds a day to experience any problems. I used to eat around 80 a day myself and didn't get sick at all (actually, I felt great - I built lots of muscle last year and dramatically altered my cholesterol ratio). The only reason I don't eat them in the same amount anymore is because I finally got slightly tired of them after many months, lol.

I know almonds only have a trace amount of arsenic. But my professor started feeling weird because he would eat a lot (amount I do not remember). So the doctor told him to back off eating the amount he did.
