Question on someone using your banner

My banners arent the greatest, but some are pretty good.
I charge $3 for each banner.
I made one for myself, and someone else is using it (I am using a different one now).

Anyone know what to do?

If he didn't asked for it, send him an email that won't make him use a banner of someone else in the future

I would send him a message telling him it's your property and he's infringing on it.

I actually always somewhere on my banners put my username, even if it's tiny or barely noticeable.

I told him, laid down the law and he removed it.

I usually put the persons username in it, but I never thought someone would want mine!
