6 years ago, I pulled an average normal, Non-serial numbered UD Baby Lindros Jersey. It happened to be a 2 colour 50/50 even split jersey, Rangers Red and Blue. One corner was obliterated. beyond bashing.
I sent the Jersey in via registered letter, specifying an exact rplacement in 2 colours. 6 weeks later, after 3 phone calls and 2 UD managers, I received a Miro Satan black jersey card as a replacement. with NO Letter from them.
I LOSE it, I SNAP. I called them immediately, I kept the Satan Jersey, then I re-sent a registered letter, with a cc (carbon copy) to a local Law Firm. I only put cc on the letter, but I did not have the law firm in my employ. Lol. The scare tactic worked.
6 days after my Registered Letter arrived at UD, I received a 2003-04 SPx Mario Lemieux 2-colour Jersey Ser. # to /125.
Persistence, and the Squeaky Wheel theory. Do not relent when it comes to UD. DO NOT let them push you around. Do not stop until you are a satisfied consumer.

SWEET! Gotta love getting a better replacement than the card you were replacing :)
Still got that Roberts stick, just let me know whenever you end up getting funds :)
