far as i know.. Think everyone on your list is good signers, although Biffle is hit or miss. I have been waiting over 2 years for my return from him, but i have got him before & it wasn't near that long of a wait. If i could add some people to your list, you should also look up..

Kyle Busch <-- Returned my last TTM, becouse of the move to KBM
Jimmie Johnson <-- Believe he DOES NOT sign anymore though
Bobby Labonte

I have not tried any of these drivers for a year or 2. They was all good signers then, dont know if they have changed there TTM habits though..

also heard Clint Bowyer & Mark Martin are good TTMers, but have never tried
