    What is base and commons? Also what are GU's? Thanks for the help.

    base - base cards
    inserts - anything that is not a base card.. they are usually a different background, different finish on the front, serial numbered on the back etc...
    GU - Game Used... they have a peice on the players jersey/bat/ball etc on the card

    in the picture they are

    top right - base
    top left AUTO
    bottom left insert
    bottome right GU


    all these cards are available in the same pack
