    Yes, a top load is a hard plastic sleeve. It is the best way to keep cards from getting damaged in the mail. Also if you put it in a bubble wrapped padded envelope the post office wont send it through their machine sorter. That's how I'll mail mine... the same as last time... It cost me 60 cents to mail it that way and it's well worth it.
