Let me think about the buy - ive got the cash but im undecided on wether to blow it all on the KG just yet. On another topic can I get some advice? Youve been around - ive seen you at beckett and TR and I trust your judgement. Im having a hard time deciding on wether to do this trade or not:

I say no. I'm an auto guy. You're giving up four, including a Kidd. The truth is there is a chance that the actual cash value might be in your favor, the 01-02s aren't as common as most people would think with that highish numbering. The Kobe is definitely a good card.

So weigh these:

a) Would you rather have a very good jersey than four good autos?
b) Are you willing to risk the inevitable drop in Kobe's values, afterall the Lakers suck and the new wave of stars are taking over.

I'm highly biased as an auto collector. I wouldn't. You need to make the decision that is best for you and where you want to take your collection.
