`08/`09 ultra set problem set builder needs assistance!!!

    Greetings:
I have a question for anyone that put together the `08/`09 Ultra set. I know there is 3 players that share the same #s and 2 of the #s arent made I was wondering how you placed them in your 9-pocket sleeves if you sleeved them. This question might been answered back when they were released but I don't know how to look for the thread so I just figured I try this way. Anyways I like to know cause I was stuck from a friend whom I don't want to place the blame on dropped of me 2 Retailed boxes and 2 Blasters of them thinking I would be intrested in making the set. At first I was against the idea then curiousity kicked in and well I am in the process of getting them in order thats where my problem occured so I am hoping someone that made the set knows what they did to solve it cause I like to do that with mine as well thanks again

Here you go. There are 2 #46 (Rolston, Dipietro). NO #65,109 and 113. 2 #132 (Smyth, LeClaire) and 2 # 142 (Modano, Hossa). There are no cards missing, it's still a 200 card set w/out the Rookies. If you put the cards the way I listed them they fall in right in team order.
