2009-10 Ice Rinkside Signings - No Autograph on the card

Hi all,

I pulled a Jordan Staal Canadian Rinkside Signings card today from a pack of 2009-10 Ice. The problem is that there is no autograph on the card. The plexiglass portion where the autograph should be is blank.

What can I do? Should I call Upper Deck and explain the situation? Would they send me a replacement? Or am I just out of luck?

None of the staal's that i have seen so far are auto'd. They apparently are all messed up.

Yes theres a few reported no auto best to do contact ud and see what they have to say.

What steen said - sadly these aren't a special case as somehow all the Jordan Staal's got packed out sans auto on them. All the same, call the good customer service folks and they should be able to help.

UPDATE

I called Upper Deck this morning and you guys were right. All of the Jordan Staal autos were shipped without signatures. They are aware of the problem so I've opened up a case and will send the card to them. Upper Deck says they'll try and get him to sign.
