Got my first tat!
Just turned 18 august 27th. Dad and I went down to get some ink (today), he got his 3rd and i got my first. It took a couple weeks before i knew what design i wanted. I chose a sun, to like symbolize the rising of a sun and like shining light on my new 'adult' life. Got it on my right shoulder and only took about 1.5 hrs. Will try to get pictures up asap, i customized it to the way i like it :)
I really wanted to get something that meant something to me, happy with my decision turned out great.

Congrats on getting your first. It is hard to stop once you start, I have 8 and counting. Glad to hear you got something with some meaning to you rather than the generic stuff that everyone gets.
