Blister Pack vs. Regular Packs from Boxes

Thinking of doing the D&A blister packs of 08-09 black diamond. What is the difference from buying packs like these versus packs out of a box? Better hits with boxes?

As I recall the blister packs and blaster boxes of 08-09 Black Diamond had some pretty good hits in them - you could still pull quads with some regularity. I don't know about the autos or those nifty Run For The Cup inserts, but you can do pretty well with the packs.
