does anyone know dkmsports30?
i bought a card on ebay from this guy over three weeks ago. from the US to Canada 3 weeks is not a huge deal, but i have sent him 2 e-mails now with no response, and he has gotten 16 negative feedbacks since i bought the card, so i am a little worried and i am running out of time to get my money back through paypal. so if anyone knows this guy could you please tell him to answer his email, and let me know if he is a good guy who is just a little late with shipping. i have never had to open a dispute through paypal before and i would prefer not to have to do it now.
thanks

I would file it. If he's not responding and is piling up the negatives just hit him so that you can get your money back. Obviously if he's ignoring messages it's for a reason.
Was this a transaction here or on eBay? If here, file a dispute. If eBay, use their dispute mechanism.

You should also set your completed listings to 60 days. That way you're not pressured to file a claim within 4 weeks. Just a suggestion.

File a Paypal Claim immediately. This guy has skipped town with everyone's money. That is more than obvious.
