Has anyone ever considered a chat room?
Im not sure if there is one that I am simply not aware of, but have we ever considered putting up a chat room on somewhere like yahoo? I have been in groups with them before, and they seem to work very well and stimulate trades when there may not be some on the site. Id be willing to set it up after I get back from vacation, if anyone is interested. Thanks

we used to have one here.. but it was a mess because people would make deals and rip people off.. plus no one EVER used it... kinda a waste of space on the server

I'd be up for one as long as it wasn't constant spamming of trade lists.

Tutall is right. There used to be one here on SCF. From what I understand, it hurt SCF's members more than it helped. Some people would somehow impersonate other people to steal cards/money/cc and sometimes outbreaks of flaming would occur. Don't expect to see a chatroom here anytime soon.

yes that is what it was.. the way to log into it was just type a name and it put you into the room... for instance... i could type in singledaddyof2 and people would think i am andy.. then i would rip someone off and no one would actually know who it was.. you would contact andy and find out where the card is, he would have no idea.. we have a mess on our hands
