    Ebay Question...Is this allowed?

There has been a lot of talk in another thread recently about a certain ebay seller (memoriesonice) and I noticed something even more strange today that I'd like a little clarification on.

I noticed that this user has 2 separate listings up for several cards. One is an auction while the other is a BIN/BO? Here's and example with a couple Kassians that he has (way overpriced if I might add):

    Here's the auction link:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ZACK-KASSIAN-09-...item1c1552b0a6

    And here's the BIN/BO:

Is having two open listings for the exact same item legal/allowed? I would think not personally but I'd love to get some clarification on this.

Thanks in advcance for the feedback!

I thought if one was listed through their store it was ok, but theis doesn't seem to be the case. Sellers many times cancel the live auction with a few hours to go. Ebay says this is legal as they have the right to pull items from their 'shelves' at any time or so they can sell else where. They still get re-listed.

With the amount of volume he does, I can't imagine it's not within the rules.
