nobody will be thought to be as good as jordan. Plus whose to say he can be. i personally think it is impossible to say there is one player better than everyone! jordan cant shoot like reggie miller or dominate down low like shaq or play tremendous defense. i think its impossible to pick the best player ever. just my thought tho

I've seen LeBron become more competitive over time, though - lately, he's been smiling less. In his last game, he was looking very intense and even scowling in some instances.

Anyway, I agree with Cowboys+Bulls - we can debate all day who the best player is, but eventually it all boils down to what some people value more in players. There are too many variables and era differences to objectively determine the best overall player of all-time. Chamberlain, Russell, Bird, Magic, Jordan, Shaq - they all had/have their strengths, and I think it's enough to just recognize them as among the very best.

you have to agree though that jordan would have NEVER gone to check on how an opposing players ankle was

    That's just it....
Jordan did have the ability to change a game in sooo many ways, 1st team in D, on & on..2 THREE-PEATS..Just no-comparison right now
Really un-fair to try & compare LeBron, let him get used to this level(he'd be a Soph in NCAA??)..give him 2-3 more years.

    Cool

LeBron's numbers are impressive. So were Canseco's back in 1989......*hehe*

Still to early to tell. I think LeBron has the talent to be the best of his generation - just as Jordan was. Jordan has 6 championships. Lebron has 20 years to accomplish that. Time will tell.

LeBron's card prices have already made up for his potential, so there's pretty much no room for growth. Now it's up to him to justify those card prices.

Labron Uses steroids too!!!!! Thats why he can jump so much higher .... j/k

    2 other factors

Jordan had maybe the third best person in the league with him, Pippen at the time.

Lebron is my age 19-20 he is has plenty of time for him to mature
