I have a question, what is the difference between teir one and teir two with the rookie autographs?

Tier 1 has a lower print run and more desirable/hotter players than Tier 2.

I guess
I guess my next question is why my Chris Gamble Redemption says that it is a teir one redemption card. It even says this on the upperdeck website. If they dont have this then do I get a teir one replacement?

For some reason every single redemption card says Tier 1, including Gamble, Dunta Robinson and others who are not actually Tier 1 cards. Not sure why they did this. I am now officially ONE card away from finishing this set!!!! I only need the Roy Williams Rookie Auto Helmet. Wish me luck!
