    Wrapper exchanges and mail-in card offers?

    Just curious: why does it seem companies no longer offer any special NNO cards as mail-ins or wrapper exchanges? Back when I first began collecting in the early 1990s, this was a common practice.

    Most collectors lost interest so companies couldn't make a profit. That's my guess.
