Ennis... is going to be a rookie, even though he played 9 games last season... should be someone in the discussion for the Calder.

Well, they weren't completely trashed so I say it wasn't that bad call me optimistic. Anyhow you Buffalo people want them to finish last to get a high draft pick so you should be pleased ;)

And Scott, is Ruff running out of time in Buffalo? Any impatience towards him from the fans?

personally, I think it's more Regier than Ruff... but some fans see them as the same...the only way they go is if they completely tank this season; which probably will not happen.

I think some of the impatience comes from the lack of signings of higher caliber players and not keeping their "own" when they hit UFA. Personally, I think this team is slightly better than last season with Leopold and Morrisson than Lydman and Tallinder on the back end.
