    Need second opinion before giving bad feedback

    HEY, here is the situation

    August 16 i bought an eller opc premier

    August 19 seller report unpaid item to pay pal

    Note: He never emailed me, nothings was written on the listings , i was just out of town so couldn't pay...i paid 1st time when i came back, i thought well okay, he is inpatient

    Update: September 12: I notice i didn't have the card yet..emailed, him no response filled a pay pal claim, but didn't escalate..to give him a chance to respond...

    September 14 : i got the card in the mail..on package label says shipped September 1st

    Personally i find this outraging, he can<t wait 3 days for a payment, and ships 2 weeks after

    Without any msg, i mean it happened for me to forget, someone item to ship..

    when i realized i always messaged, and apologized for my mistake


    What i feel like doing is: NEg Feedback and saying , SUPER SLOW SHIPPING, NO COMMUNICATION, INPATIENT BAD SELLER AVOID...


    I never left neg feedbacks on ebay b4..and was wondering if i wasn't wrong..

    In my opinion, no. At worst - it's neutral.

    You paid for the card, and recieved the card. (I assume in good condition).

    A 1/5 for speed of shipping? A 1/5 for communication? Totally justified.

    I'm just under the belief that getting the cards you paid for, in good condition, is always positive feedback.

    Agreed, wouldn't post neg.. neg should only be for did not fufill their end of transaction. I'd give positive but note that shipping was obscenely slow.

    K well i understands your opinion thanks, he is a power seller..and i cheked his feedback..its not the 1st..time that he ships 10 days after..

    So i messaged him and ask for an explantion..i just want an answer..

    If he doesnt get back to me probbaly will leave a neg..because item is not even mint..i checked well

    How long does the listing say he waits to ship items after recieveing payment. Also if i am not mistaken those unpaid item notices are now automated

    Hell, maybe the seller was out of town. Leave positive, hit him with low stars, say card arrived, slow shipping.

    so when would a negative be given? only if the item was never shipped at all or never sent, despite all the poor communication, poor description, and impatience from the seller? not sure why a positive would still be given, since the buyer had to go thru a so-so buying experience and therefore a 'neutral' feedback could be given here...
