    Well it has been a week, and must say fill pretty good. The craving are all most gone, still alittle hard in the morning with coffee..

    Right now well been here for about 3 days now in OK, on vacation to see Mom and Dad, well they took my to a casino where they smoke and it smelled like ____ well do i have to say it. Am going to say i pretty much got it licked,
