that sometimes happens.
You have 2 options that I know of. Either switch users on your computer (if you have multiple users), OR log off of your acount, and log back in.

I definitely agree that if someone has 2 accounts they get banned but say I collect and my brother/dad collects (which they doesn't). We live in the same house so what if he had his own account and I had my own account? I wouldn't want us to share an account?

No, I didn't mean that. I meant that if your family all shares a computer, your family may put a user for each family member, so each person in your family has their own account. I didn't mean multiple scf users...I meant if your computer has multiple computer accounts (so each family member has an account). Kinda hard to explain, but I definitely didn't mean multiple Scf accounts.

The IP's are the same, so they will trip the SCF detector and they will have to prove they are all different people.

No they won't. As long as no other Scf member goes on your computer, it should be fine.
I do that all of the time. Sometimes if I can't get into the live chat, I will go into another family member's account, and the chat will work fine. As long as there are no multiple scf users sharing the same computer I think...unless I'm mistaken.
